Regional Awards
Our Mission
To recognize major achievements of Southwest Region members and/or chapters, and to encourage and promote excellence in all areas recognized by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.
2022-2024
The Awards and Recognition Committee along with the Regional Arts and Letters Commission,
Advisor Coordinators, Emergency Response Team, Heritage and Archives, Membership
Services, Program Planning and Development Committees and Social Action Commission are
pleased to announce the “Call for Program Award Submissions.” All chapters in the Blazing
Southwest Region are encouraged to apply for each award. Awards will be given to Collegiate
and Alumnae chapters. Awards will be given to collegiate, small, medium, large and x-large
alumnae chapters in each category... We are delighted to present an online process for all
award submissions. Through the online link, you or your designee will select each applicable
category to submit the chapter’s award-winning program(s) and upload the supporting
documents.

We strongly encourage all chapters to submit their programs that occurred during the 2022-
2024 sorority year. Sorors, we want to see all your excellent programs that are BLAZING new
paths in the Southwest Region!

Deadline to submit: April 15, 2024, at 11:59pm (CST)
​
Programs/Events must be implemented between July 1, 2022-April 1, 2024.
